Legacy products are defined as any product that is older than one full version prior
to the current version. Any product older than one full version back will no longer
receive support. Also, ChartView products will be defined as legacy products as
of January 01, 2003.

| | | | TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY | | | |
On November 15th, 2002 we changed our free technical support policy. Free support
will be offered for only the current version and one complete version prior. We
will no longer offer free support for legacy* products (i.e. if the latest version
is 7.0, we will no longer support 5.0). If you own a legacy product and would like
to continue to receive free support, you will need to upgrade to the latest version
of the software. | | |

As of January 01, 2003 we no longer offer technical support for ChartView products.
This includes ChartView Pro, ChartView Tracker, ChartView Planner, ChartView Odyssey,
GPS Communicator (GPS-C) and Tides & Currents 2.5 or lower.
We strongly encourage you to upgrade to our Nobeltec Navigation line of products.

Effective June 30, 2009, Nobeltec will discontinue support for
Nobeltec eChart Planner and eChart Mariner (this includes all versions). This notice
is being issued to assist our customers and dealers with advanced information.
